TWELFTH NIGHT
TWELFTH NIGHT
While most of the country has taken their trees down by January 6th, this night is the last night we get to bask in the glory of a freshly cut Christmas tree—crisp, green, and invigorating. Because on this night, Christmas is officially over and Carnival Season begins!
In New Orleans, Twelfth Night is a time of merrymaking and renewal, when the festive season lingers just a little longer. This candle brings the outdoors in, evoking the feeling of walking through the city’s oak-lined streets, where the joyous street celebrations and processionals blend with the promise of Carnival.
